Responsible for implementation of Quality Management System in the unit.
Review and approve all the quality related documents
Maintain the quality systems such as; Change Control, Deviation Control, Out of Specification, Out of Trend, CAPA, Incidents, Documentation control
Handling of customer complaints and returned goods
