Designation: Sr. Executive/ Manager-  Internal Auditor

Roles And Responsibilities:  For  QC/ QA/ ADL/ F&D/ as an Internal Auditor

 Review 483 points of industry and implement action plan to avoid the same in unit. 

 Ensuring laboratory activities are in compliance with current company policies, procedures and cGMP/cGLP requirement.

• Supporting Corporate Quality Assurance along with Unit Quality Assurance for contract laboratory audits to evaluate competency of laboratory for cGLP compliance and intended analytical applications.

• Monitoring and review of unit operation done by auditor to evaluate subject knowledge of analyst and execution of correct procedure to facilitate the improvement in the system.

• Verification of appropriate audit compliance for internal and external audits.

• Ensure online testing entry in test data sheet & logbook, Ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Provide appropriate CAPA to reduce non- conformance.

• Deriving and monitoring of CAPA implemented to control analytical errors contributed by analysts, instruments or methods.

• Preparation & Review of effectiveness of CAPA for OOS Trends Report.

 Initiation and investigation of deviation and CAPA through Track Wise.

• Deriving and monitoring of CAPA implemented to control deviation contributed by analysts, instruments or methods.

• Electronic Data Verification and Audit trail.

• Review of Instrument Calibration records, finished product, raw material, stability non-routine report.

• Review of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
